Since 1929, our family has developed Arabica coffee in the mountains of Jinotega, Nicaragua. Over the many years, we have perfected our procedures to make certain the greatest specialty coffee is created beneath sustainable farming techniques. Our environmentally friendly coffee beans are exported straight to our Texas facility in which they are preserved in Grain Pro luggage in a temperature controlled setting. These unroasted (raw) environmentally friendly coffee beans are excellent for at-home coffee roasters. Recommended roast profile is medium (also known as metropolis or typical) in order to emphasize the delicate nuances of the bean. Cupping notes describe a medium physique, low acidity, sleek and sweet with citrus notes.
